Whilst working on my March newsletter, I found a link on a FaceBook page that I follow to an amazing story that truly touched my heart. It was about a family with 2 beautiful daughters, one of whom has severe food allergies. Her name is Shayla. The father, Jerome, blogs about their RV travels nationwide and more. In this particular post, he talks about their recent trip to Walt Disney World and dining reservations that they had at Be Our Guest. Apparently, they had been to WDW once before and bravely tried their first restaurant at BoG, of course going back and forth with the decision due to concern that Disney may not be able to accommodate Shayla's needs! But, true to Disney's World Class customer service, Disney rocks it! Jerome tells about their second visit to BoG and how the Chef and staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make their dining experience incredible and keep Shayla's meal allergy free!
